“This was the last job of many hours for this client. He didn't even pay us for the project he is rating us for here. This was a tiny part at the very end, he hit us with this by surprise when we were very busy and at first said it was not a rush job, then all of the sudden it was super urgent and we were working on several sites, he expected us to drop everything and just focus 100% on his project. All previous projects went well because we had time to do them, we are not slow, we were just busy. He is taking his spite out on us because his previous programmer messed up his website, we fixed everything accept this tiny part at the end and he leaves us our first negative feedback. I will never work for this guy again. ”
“This was an hourly project, the client had already hired us for serveral projects and although we worked way beyond what he paid for he gives us a bad rating at the very end for 3 hours work when we work many hours on the project. That is something that is very unfair about freelance sites, the buyer has all the power. I didn''t even charge him for the last project and that is what he leaves the rating for. ”
