“After a successful initial project with this group, I decided to contract with them again. I will not be using this group again due to gross neglect of deadlines and ridiculous excuses offered as to delays. Although the design and creative elements are good quality, I have found to get this group to complete the project was challenging at best. Thinking this was a "fluke" I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and launched another smaller project with them. Same results...Disappointing delays and ridiculous excuses as to why the project was not complete. To give an example: I approved a concept and dialogue on the weekend - after five business days of no progress - I asked why there was no progress. They told me "because I approved on the weekend." Now does that make any sense? After launching a formal complaint with Elance in the middle of the project - they "Hijacked" the project by telling me, until I removed the dispute process that they would not proceed to complete the project. I removed the dispute process and they re-initiated the project. The funny thing is, in the middle of the project they accidently sent me a message intended for another company - guess what? Same issues and similar threats related to negative feedback. Elance has to come up with a better system for honest and a non-retaliatory dispute process. Would I recommend this group or use them again? Absolutely not! If you've got the patience for a delayed project use them, but if not, stay away. I've been burnt twice now.”
“Total Fake & a story made up of bunch of lies! Freelancers please be aware of this employer as he has a very serious attitude problem & very limited patience as well. There was not a single deadline missed, there was not a single excuse, there was not any delay at all.
He does not even know that approving a single page design on weekend does not mean we are bound to create the remaining 10 pages on the weekend. He does not understand Saturdays and Sundays are globally off. He said there was no progress after five days, A BIG LIE, we created the remaining 10 pages including UI Design & HTML/CSS within 3 days and started implementing the designs on 4th day. He requested an update on Friday morning we told him we are implementing the designs and we will complete and deliver the project on Monday first thing in the morning.
He does not even know when an Employer files a dispute the Freelancer is bound by Elance to stop working on the project until the Dispute is resolved.
Also he will never tell anyone that.
- Despite the agreement of 15 days after sale support we provided him a support of 1 full month.
- There were several delays in giving us constructive feedback.
- We helped him with hosting & cPanel related issues without any extra money
- We offered him Unlimited Revisions and he took a month only to approve the website design
- Please check his projects history as he has a history of leaving negative feedbacks to many other Freelancers. He seems to be unhappy with all the Freelancers all the time. He believes he is always right and all the other Freelancers are wrong.
We once again strongly warn all the Freelancers not to work with this Employer as he will eventually run out of patience and start showing his attitude.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
I'm looking to develop a budget friendly 7 page static website with a contact us (Request for Information) form. Must be professional and clean. Needs to have a good mix of graphic balance and text. Looking to start immediately with the right designer.
I need to establish a new facebook page and account for my church - no assocations with personal accounts, but with full facebook functionality. Groups, Calendar, Events, etc. In addition, I want to be able to add sermon audio, a prayer request form (facebook driven not website), and even a way for people to donate and give their tithe money.
“Although I have worked with your group on a successful project in the past, I found myself "settling" with the submitted work due to numerous requests for the same items to be changed, and a perceived lack of interest and overall quality of the project. Although there was a commitment to do a FACEBOOK Page as part of the contracted amount, I cancelled that portion of the project because I did not have the confidence that it would be done well. I'm sorry my comments couldn't be better, but I had to get into the code myself to make the final adjustments and corrections for the site launch.”
“We don't have any clue behind this reaction of this client, We have provided unlimited Revisions for this client on time and sometime more than our deal on new comments, However this client is not satisfied with the worked we provided. As a reaction he removed Facebook page that is true but he added lot more work than this Facebook Page . I would not appreciate this kind of feedback from this client, You can just have a look what our other customers Feel about our Company.

“The best recommendation I can think of for a vendor is in the form of a question and answer. Would I use this vendor again? YES! Excellent quality, communication, responsiveness and willingness to continue to work through tough design challenges. VERY, VERY Satisfied. By far, my best Elance experience.”
Need a two color Church Logo and Stationery (Logo, Business Card, Letterhead and Envelope). Prefer to have the logo completed in .eps format. Need multiple concepts until complete. Price Sensitive.
Dickson City Assembly of God Church
“Although the team held to the quoted price and the final logo was sufficient, I felt as if the creative process was very limited and did not match the portfolio of work presented during the bidding process. When giving instructions I had to ask multiple times for the same request. I completed the project more out of a mindset of "just complete the job" and "move on" versus a feeling as if we had completed a successful logo design project. I ended up bidding out another logo project for this same logo design. I guess it all comes down to the question: "Would I use this team again on another project?" My answer would be: "Not likely"”
“I think as a creative person its not easy to satisfy every client and same goes with this client, we did what ever he asked and give changes on time and after accepting logo and stationary, he is saying that he just want to complete its not fair
I think as a client you should respect the effort and time team's provide, but I guess he said what he felt and the reaction which he shown us reflect that because had something on his mind but couldn't explain us and end result he is not satisfy.”
Looking For 8 Page Site Design For Young Adult Retreat. Project is budget conscious so pricing needs to be considered. Please reference [obscured] for last years site. Request for information form and a link to a prostores account. Shopping cart is being provided by another service.
“Jury is still out. I'd give Neeshank another shot. Pricing was excellent, but I felt design and flexibility became pretty rigid part way through project. I had to push to get the project uploaded and experienced several days delay because of inability of Neeshank to FTP or Frontpage the site upload.”
Job details are only viewable by client and freelancer.
“I was disappointed in the way this project was executed. I really had to push to get things completed and found myself having to compromise to get the project finalized. Broken links, several information re-sends for items that were clearly on the PMB, and delays were only a few of the frustrations experienced. I did communicate my concerns to Neeshank, and was told health issues attributed to this - I understand this, as we are all human, but that would have helped to know during the project.”

“Babel_Fish was very professional and responsive in their communication. This cancellation is not a reflection on their company. The project was cancelled due to circumstances on my end (the buyers end).”
