“I would never recommend IT Craft as a contractor to anyone that desires timely completion, quality coding or logical design flows. IT Craft began working on building my website approximately 12 months ago. I provided them with wireframes and a detailed description of the workflow for my site. Initially I was pleased with the progress they had made on my website even though I had encountered many bugs in my initial review. I assumed that the number of bugs that I found in future demos would decrease because IT Crafts Q/A team would identify the bugs prior to my review. This was not the case. I continued to find bug after bug while testing each new demo. When I asked IT Craft if they test the entire system before handing over to me they replied that they do and that they weren't seeing the same bugs that I am seeing. This occurred time and time again. 6 months after IT Craft started building my site I was still sending them screenshots of bugs and errors that I pointed out to them 5 months prior. IT Craft misinterpreted approx 50% of the requirements that I sent them for the website which resulted in a website that could not accomplish the basic functions that it was designed for. Instead of asking for clarification on requirements they made assumption as to how I intended for the site to work. The final straw was when they uploaded the code to my server on fatcow. I spent 2 weeks testing the site and realized that many of the bugs that I'd complained about for the past 12 months still were not fixed. Clearly there has been no tampering with the db since IT craft uploaded the code to my server. When I ask them to explain the reasoning for their assumption given that the timestamp shows no changes since they last accessed the db, they reply by saying ¿our experience says that when bugs like these occur there has been someone tampering with the database. Their sales pitch will wow you but the quality of their work gets graded an F at very best.”
“Working with oluarv26 is an example how fixed-price job can turn into a nightmare and the employer starts giving long lists of modifications, which were not even agreed to initially. From the very beginning our approach was very structured. We came up with the proposal for development to present the list of the features and the price for development of those features. The price was higher than the planned budget of oluarv26, so we decided to decrease a list of features to fit into budget expectations. Finally, when the proposal was completed and approved by oluarv26, we composed software requirements specification and design mockups, which after discussion with the oluarv26 were approved. We informed oluarv26 that after those files are approved, they are considered by us to be final and if any feature outside that scope is required, this request will be considered as additional stuff and should be paid additionally. oluarv26 agreed, we sent approved files to development team and they started working. After we presented demo, oluarv26 started asking for modifications. While those requests were fairly little, we were ok to do them and didn”
“Please think million times before you start any business with oluarv26. After all we agreed to implement the final portion of the additional functionality for free (by that time we already did lots of work without any additional charge) and as part of the agreement oluarv26 was supposed to leave us 5.0 feedback. When this "final portion of the additional functionality" was implemented the client of course kept asking for more functionality to be developed for free. When our company refused to proceed working on the budget, the client left negative feedback.
oluarv26 has no idea how to keep to agreement terms, behaves unlogical, claiming the system is filled with bugs, but asks for source code, and asking for changes, but closes the access to the hosting server.”
