Yes, a Wowza server is able to deliver video on demand files/recordings as long as they are encoded in the proper format using the right video/audio codec combination.
In order for the streams to be available for most devices, it would be great to have the videos encoded into MP4 format, using H264 video codec and AAC audio codec.
There is coding on my website for a webrtc-based voice plugin that allows one-to-one communication. I need it modified with the following:
-Coding should allow *only* admins to receive "calls" from non-admins/general users.
-The graphical interface needs to be enhanced with a color button and the size of the plugin interface to be resized.
I have some coding that I need modifications to including change of color to one visual element, a text change, embedding on a web page, and a rule specifying execution of one line of code based on user role.
Should be quick and easy for an experienced coder.
