My name is Kenneth T Jolivet. I write about Relationships and Life from the male point of view. Not because it's more important than the female point of view, but because it's less heard. And, I've got something to say.
I wrote a book a few years ago that many people tell me is ideal for a film. That is, the story and substance would make a great film about life. It revolves around a man who finds himself divorced at 43. He has two grown sons, lost most of his wealth, lost his being and soul and has the time and just enough pension to start travelling and dating w...

“Norith is a magician with Treatments. He read my book, got it's substance and transferred it into a brilliant, punchy treatment. I really love what he did and wrote and am so very pleased I hired him to do this job. I picked him over 20 others. He exceeded my expectations and does great work in the time (or less) that he says he will. Norith is a true professional whom I really enjoyed working with. Hire him! You'll be very happy you did. ”
I've just had a book published on Amazon. It's a book on Relationships directed at women with men in mind. My target audience is women, but men will enjoy the read as well. I believe curious men who care about their health, spirit and relationship will want to buy this book so they have something to compare themselves too and share their thoughts a...

“Wow. Liz does fantastic work. The product itself shows me how hard she worked on the task. Liz read my book and immersed herself into my world. She really got what I wrote about and put this into the PR. She's done a superb job. Thank you so much for all your hard work. And, what's even more amazing is that she worked so hard despite her serious pain from an unforeseen accident that broke her shoulder. She's more than dependable. I knew she was the one (amongst 20 bids) and she proved her talents and upheld my faith and trust. I'd hire Liz again anytime and will for my future PR needs. ”
I have two files that I created using MS Word for Mac. I had them professionally designed using InDesign.
I'd like to have them converted as stated above so I can publish them as ebooks for the iPad, Sony Reader, Nook, and Kindle. I have the basic versions already out on Kindle, but they did not transfer the nice interior layout I had.
“RomanJeli did a great job. He was professional from the start, very quick, with the minimum of errors. What errors did exist with the conversion were fixed very quickly. His service is very good and the error rate very very small. I'll be using his services again for much bigger projects. ”
I have one Cover Design for another short ebook, but maybe you've got a great idea for the cover instead. This cover requirement is one you can play with. I'm very open to suggestions. I don't like the color of the Orange coloring on the back that flows into the front at all and don't need the circular Star Burst bit in the top right corner on the ...
I have two short documents that are in their final stages of writing. One is 17 pages, but needs the Table of Contents, copyright page and Title page added. The other is 13 pages and simply needs the title and copyright page added.
Niether has much of an internal layout. This is where I need your creativity and experience. I'm open to suggestions...
“Graphicagirl is fantastic. This was a rehire job with two shorter manuscripts. I had no idea of the design I wanted, other than one was to look masculine for the male readers and the other feminine for the female readers. I gave Graphicagirl an open slate on the designs and she didn't disappoint. She did a wonderful job with both. I love both and didn't change one thing. Both were excellent and error free. And, she's quick, polite and responsive. I'll hire her again in the future. She's that good, I don't need to look anymore. ”
I have one Cover Design (WMWW2K Jolivet.PDF) that is nearly complete but needs tweaking with Font size, Font Style and Layout of the text on the front cover, the spine and the back. The front will take more work than the spine and back and is where most of the effort will be. The back will also need to be played with to fit nicely and look good. I ...
“Esaratorio is a fantastic designer. He took basic templates that I had and made them into more than I could have hoped for. He used color, font, sizing, moving things around, shading, and things I don't know the name for to produce cover designs anyone could be proud of....and I am. Additionally, he was fast, considerate to my needs and responsive. I never had to wait long for him to come back from implementing and fixing the suggested changes or ideas I had. That's why I'm going to hire him again, privately. ”
“Jolivetk is a great and professional employer. I'm so grateful for trusting my skills and experience in making his projects realized. Communication is a great asset to this project since he's always prompt to respond all my clarifications and questions. I'm happy and I enjoy working with him.”
I have a Manuscript that is in it's final stages of design.
It's 214 pages in total length and on the CreateSpace template size it must be on. I believe it's 8.5" x 5.5". It must stay on the template size that it's on with the margins that are set.
Most of the layout is done, but I'm looking for suggestions and improvements from an expe...
“Graphicagirl is fantastic. She was quick, professional, responsive, and great at interior design. I'm very, very pleased with her work. She's made my manuscript look great. I love it now. I'd hire her again anytime and am looking at hiring her again on some smaller documents I want to e-publish. Hire her, you won't be disappointed. ”
I have an article that is 13 pages long that needs editing and proofreading. I also think it might make this article better to have you add to it to some degree, mainly to inject other sources of supporting material, statistics, surveys, articles, papers, and other authors work that supports what I'm saying. I don't necessarily need ghostwriting pe...
“Did a great job proofreading. Word choices and style are very good. Timeliness was very good, if not too fast. My problem lies with the fact that I don't feel my job description and requirements were fully read and complied with. I didn't get everything I asked for, but enough to not dwell on this and move on. I realize the fee wasn't high. Perhaps the bid was too low on his part because he didn't fully read the job description. I'm not really sure where the problem lies, but I've had to adjust my expectations for the document rather than redo or put out for bid again. At the end of the day, a pretty good job, but not what I was hoping for. ”
“I found that the client had just as much difficulty defining what he wanted as he did in articulating what exactly he didn't like about the project (As you read in the review, "I'm not really sure where the problem lies..."). I would have been happy to continue working on the project as well, but this client took a second round of edits and declared the project finished without any further input from me. Usually, I would say the onus is on myself as a writer to suit the client's needs, but I'm at a loss as to what else I could have done.”
“Excellent work again. This was the second job I asked NCeditor to do. Much shorter than the first, but still important. He was faster than expected with great input. Again, the changes were what were needed and he smoothed out the flow of my style. I'm very very pleased with his work, which is why I'm going to give him credit by naming him as Editor in my about to be released book. Hire Mike, you won't be disappointed. ”
See the Attachment which contains and continues after this paragraph:
The project is to line/copy edit my book cover (front matter, spine and back matter) and a 104-page manuscript to the medium level. To clarify, the medium level is more than proofreading, but less than the developmental or substantive level. I believe most editors call it line ...
“NCeditor submitted a bid that got my attention because it was succinct, professional and targeted to my job request. His background and resume completed the picture of what I needed to know. That's why I hired him and not the other 24 bidders. His work was very timely. In fact he was always ahead of schedule. He communicated with me on a regular basis and responded to my requests and desires. Even when things weren't necessarily clear in the job request, he did his best to meet my needs. His editing has greatly improved the read of my manuscript. He's tightened things up so it's easy to read and replaced words with even better words so that what I was trying to say wasn't missed, but rather, improved upon. He adapted to my style and tone very well, making his edits unknown to others. He also chose better introductions, short phrases and words to help me transition between paragraphs and points more naturally. His editing has improved the flow of my writing and I really like the way it reads. I'm very grateful to Mike for putting his heart and soul into my work. It's all the better thanks to him.
