Need to convert php/mongo/c++ project to sql/.net/mvc .
“Project involved conversion of code from php to .net, and was sizable but manageable. Documentation was admittedly scarce and dev team was notified of that before project started. This project was WAY over budget and under delivered. Development team was not able to deliver any usable product in any reasonable amount of time. Development team had over 6 months and over 700 hours of billable labor. I cannot recommend this team to anyone else based on this experience. I had to pull the plug on this project before spending any more budget and time. Only positive note: they provided status updates daily. ”
The feedback is not true: The project involved building an application in .NET using prior non-working PHP code provided by the client. The issues was due to a C++ based parser which is developed by some other provider for the client. The parser fails to provide the required data which adversely affected the output of the solution we are assigned to develop, since the input our solution gets is wrong at times due to the failing parser. We have continually informed this to the client and advised him to contact the developer who created the parser. We understand the client did not have good relation with them and his efforts to reach the developer despite multiple attempts and as a result the parser could not be fixed at his end. Apart from the parser issue the solution is complete as desired. We do not think it a professional stance, the client took, by holding us responsible for someone else”

It can be compiled as an exe or a dll. We anticiapte it being completed in visual C++ .net. Some adaptation and rewriting may be necessary to get it to work....
