“Expert advice, comprehensive research and professional, responsive communication. I have now worked with Inveiss on multiple occasions and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much. ”
“Excellent producer - the quality of filming, professionalism of direction and refined detail in editing is just superb. The finished product is literally good enough to be on TV and far exceeded all my wants for this project.
The work included everything from concept development, script writing, choosing an actor, shot selection, filming, direction, editing and other post production work. And HAP Digital did a phenomenal job from start to end.
The level of communication was always extremely high, very prompt responses and never anything but the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.
I would highly recommend HAP DIgital and will certainly keep in contact with this provider for future work. Thank you.”
“Worst Provider on Elance. The video looked NOTHING like the samples they sent in the proposal. It was delivered 2 WEEKS *AFTER* a 2 week deadline (100% overdue). They promised 'unlimited revisions' and yet sent me an invoice for an extra 30% when they FAILED at COMMUNICATION - on the last night, after I had paid $560. They use a DIFFERENT PERSON, who is highly incapable, to produce your video versus the person who created the sample videos. Their work quality is TERRIBLE. They had BAD spelling errors, grammar errors, punctuation errors. The video looks like a pre-school student did it. In DISPUTE they promised 'unlimited revisions' and now WON'T RESPOND. Watch their work for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luig7sN2xqU&feature=player_embedded#at=22 Don't be fooled.”
“Firstly As per the Elance rules Client has the freedom to review the work and then pay. Client had almost one week to review and respond back. If he
was not satisfied he should have communicated, as we always offer unlimited revisions to our clients as you can see from our previous job history. We
have delivered more than 100 successful projects on Elance and jobs starting from $50 to more than $2000 in value. If the person was in so much
hurry why he never communicated to us. We have delivered projects successfully in a single day as well, but I accept this job took time because we
wanted to deliver the video with perfection and client never indicated that he was in a hurry. And if you see his last messages he indicated he was very
happy with the video, and required few changes and now he comes back to say he was not. Client Feedback to the video on PMB was :
"This is quite good. The only change I would like is at the very end, the world map fades out and later the 'home' graphic fades out, I suggest fading them out at the same time.
If there is a less rainbow colored world map - one which is just single color, might look good too.
Otherwise, I am happy to accept that video. You have done a good job. Thank you.
Regards, Jarryd "
One thing which I would like to share with our future client is that a GREAT product can be produced only with client's support & true feedback.
Our company has many Telephone Numbers, most of which we use only temporarily for a month or so. We need someone who can answer calls from these numbers (the total number of calls is quite low - 10-40 calls per week to begin with, it may increase if you are happy to take more) in different Company Names for each Telephone Number acting as a recepti...
