Teddy Rader is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he received his BSBA with a minor in entrepreneurship. Mr. Rader spent his freshman year at Eastern Michigan University, where he held an assistant photography editor position and was a photographer for the Eastern Echo, an independent college newspaper. In addition to his educational pursuits, Mr. Rader holds executive positions at various start ups.
Mr. Rader is a native of Findlay, Ohio. As the youngest of five children, he learned the value of discipline and hard work early in his life. His family taught him the importance of collaboration and teamwork. As a young boy, Mr. Rader was interested in small mechanics, electronics and technology and was assembling computer hard drives and other components in middle school.
Mr. Rader commenced a running career in third grade and has since completed 10 marathons, numerous triathlons and several century bike rides. He plans to someday run an ultra marathon.
Mr. Rader has three unique goals: to be the best person he can be, to please all he can, and to be a happy person.
In his spare time, Mr. Rader enjoys running, biking and swimming. He enjoys the day-to-day activities involved in running a business and thrives on the challenges presented to him during the course of each day.
