About us:
We are a digital agency looking for a social media manager who can attend to tasks quickly and is available 7 days. Our clients are in the hair and beauty industries. We work with them to produce Facebook and Instagram strategies to bring in new business. We have a graphic designer on our team who creates great artwork to work with an excellent team culture. If deadlines and responsiveness are not your thing, then this job is not for you.

We're looking for a social media community manager to collaborate with our team and clients on Facebook and Instagram. These projects are anticipated to require approximately 10 hours per week. The work will include the following:
Uploading and scheduling Facebook and Instagram content
Caption writing
Newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp
Editing and adjustments of some images using Canva
Managing client communication via email
Creating ideas and concepts for social media campaigns
Boosting posts and content using advertising tools.

Skills required:
  - Great communication skills via email, and chat
  - Strong knowledge of  Facebook, IG, scheduling software, Facebook ads
  - Excellent writing skills. Being able to write social media captions that are suitable for each brands unique audience
  Must be responsive to emails

In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.

We ask that all shortlisted applicants take the time to complete a series of writing tasks to assess the skill of pairing copy and images for the beauty industry. This task is expected to take about 20 minutes.
