We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Tester to evaluate our online order portal on our developer site. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and report UX/UI issues to our development team for resolution before the portal goes live. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UX/UI design and testing, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing of our online order portal to identify UX/UI issues and inconsistencies.
Review and compare UX/UI designs against the functioning site to ensure alignment and identify discrepancies.
Make recommendations to enhance the overall flow, usability, and user experience of the portal.
Test various scenarios to "break" the site and uncover potential bugs or issues.
Perform tests across multiple browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari), operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS), and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
Document all findings, including detailed descriptions of issues and suggested improvements.
Provide clear and actionable feedback directly into Jira or another project management tool.
Requirements:

Proven experience in UX/UI testing and evaluation, preferably with online platforms or e-commerce websites.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Ability to analyze designs and identify discrepancies between design intent and implementation.
Experience with testing tools and methodologies to uncover usability issues and bugs.
Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate feedback and recommendations effectively.
Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to testing and issue documentation.
Experience working with project management tools like Jira or similar platforms.
