Hello and Welcome! My name Natasha Ballack and I am an Architectural and Interior Design Specialist here at Upwork. I have been part of the Architectural and Interior Design Industry for 18 years. I have worked on various types of projects from conception through completion. Project scope ranged from Corporate Interiors, Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Residential. My role throughout the years started out as a technical drafter to Project Management. Additionally, I have an agility for life and art. Creation is my passion whether its contract documents, designing a room, renderings, or painting something really cool on a canvas. My goal is for each of my client to visually connect with their needs through my services with results of successful execution of their projects in which I'm proud to be a part of. My services include but not limited to: Schematic Design - Working with my clients in the beginning phase of design. Generating and ideal programming and analysis on the quantity of rooms, and functionality of space. Minimum of three test fits are provided. Design Development- Taking the schematic designs and incorporating them into a functioning and visual package that includes detailed plans, renderings, specifications and elevations. Each design package is tailored to meet the creative needs from my client not limited to finishes, furniture, lighting, etc. Construction Documents- Architectural set of drawings that is formalized and put together accommodating building codes, floor plans, sections, details , millwork, specifications etc. This is generated through the use of Auto Cad or Revit. Millwork Shop drawings - Whether my client is an owner or vendor, shop drawings is also provided. Each comminication of the project is primarily through telecommunication and electronic email.
