Hello and welcome to my profile. I’m an intuitive copy editor, a meticulous proofreader, an excellent copywriter and a thorough researcher. I’ve served as the final pair of eyes on books from a host of genres, as well as articles, blogs, website content, etc. intended for both general and academic audiences. My success at that work can be measured by the feedback I have received from many if not most of my clients, one of whom paid me a wonderful compliment by observing that "she makes you look good." That is, of course, the end goal of every copy editor. I am particularly careful to keep my clients informed throughout the course of each project, soliciting and incorporating their ideas and responding to their concerns to ensure their complete satisfaction with the finished product. A great deal of my work has involved theses and dissertations, especially those written using APA (7th edition) format. Throughout my freelance career, I have completed scores of projects for graduate and doctoral students from all over the world. One important proviso: I do light editing and substantial proofreading of academic work, but I take the concept of academic integrity very seriously.
