Legal brief addressing new California immigration employment laws
I am looking for a California attorney to compose a 2,000-2,500 word brief (overview) of four separate immigration employment laws (AB 263, SB 666, SB 496, and AB 524), effective Jan. 1, 2014. The brief will be used in an employer compliance instructional manual. Our audience is small to medium size employers in the state of California.
The brief should be an overview of the new immigration laws impacting employers taking effect Jan. 1, 2014, with attention to how businesses are impacted (AB 263, SB 666, SB 496, and AB 524). It should also explore the prevalence of immigrant workers in California, wage theft, and employer retaliation. Additionally, I require 4-5 bullets at the end of the article that are tips for employers to comply with the law.
I will require a byline which will be printed along with the brief that includes the name of the attorney/firm, their qualifications and contact information. We also require a bar number for verification purposes. Attorney must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar Association.
