We are looking to outsource our product support to vendor who can provide 24x7 support. We are looking at 50 calls per week on average and need help documenting the ticket and resolve level 1 calls and escalate other calls. Good infrastructure, process, documentation, and command of English is critical.
We are open to different pricing model based on number of calls, fixed cost per month, or dedicated resource.
