Inoveon Corp. is in the process of replacing a legacy solution with one running on WPF. We're looking for someone to assist in getting WPF to work with DirectX and Nvidia's 3D Vision in order to display 3D stereoscopic images. We understand that we are limited by the technical constraints of Nvidia's 3DVision product and are therefore somewhat flexible in the implementation. Ideally, we would like a WPF control written in C# but are open to other alternatives.
Specifically, what we need is a control (or similar) that accepts a left and right BitmapImage and renders the two as a single 3D stereoscopic image. The image is displayed within the control at its largest possible size while maintaining its aspect ratio.
If the user left-clicks and drags, they are presented with a "magnification" of a portion of the image displayed at its original resolution. Dragging moves the "magnifying glass" to a different portion of the image.
