Write an eBook for running your first 5k with the following details:
1. An 8 week training plan to get a beginner to run a 5k race
2. Basic instruction on running form, foot strike, etc.
3. Basic page or so on nutrition and what to eat before and after a run with some top-level information on supplements and their use in recovery.
4. Some training tips for each week's plan
Length of the book should be close to this:
Pg 1 - Overview of running a 5k with some motivational tips (anyone can do it, pick a race and signup today, etc). As an example: [obscured] /beginners/8-week-beginners-program?page=single
Pg 2 - Running form
Pg 3 - What to eat before and after running, basic hydration
Pg 4 - 11 - Weekly training plan with tips per week; should be about 1 page per week
Pg 12 - Race day tips for running your best race
