I own a web design company, and do a good bit of work here on Elance, as well as outside of Elance. I am slowly trying to put together a small team to work with me, and outsource a bit of the details and daily upkeep.
This specific position, would be for an Account Manager, to spend about 2 hours each morning, Mon through Friday, from 8am EST to 10a, EST (or a similar schedule - these hours are an example, I just need a set amount of time dedicated each day), contacting all current clients, assuring all clients are up to date on progress, editing Client Center to maintain a daily progress update there as well, and submitting pre-written bids to new prospects.
You will basically be responsible for keeping track when work is due, alerting me 2 days before every deadline, and keeping in touch with clients on my behalf, to ensure client satisfaction.
