I am looking for someone that is good with accounting, book keeping and and microsoft to help me create a commission calcuator for my sales person.
The nature of their comission is as follows
1. They get a base salary of $2,500 a month
2. They get a commission of between 5%-9% depending upon about many clients they bring into the firm
3. Some of our clients pay in full and other clients pay on installments.
Because of the installments, its very tedious to calculate by hand how much the sales person is due when for instance, some clients pay in full, and others on installments, especially when the commission amounts are different.
The job would require you to to go back and calculate the accuracy of what I paid out my current sales rep to make sure I did not overpay or underpay.
