I am an E.U. citizen and resident interested in registering an LLC in Delaware as a sole proprietorship. This company will be a website selling online services, such as graphic design and web development, to clients all over the world through PayPal.
Do I need an American bank account for the company or since the payments will be made through PayPal, I may use the bank account in my home country?
If I use the one in my country, how does the IRS doublecheck the income invoices with the bank statements? Do I need to send them a translation copy of the bank statements?
Will my American clients be able to use the receipt I send them to be deducted from their taxes?
Is there anything else I need to know concerning accounting about this company?
