Given much of our operations has gone digital, we are considering outsourcing our payroll and accounting department. Tasks would include:
* Accounts Payable, Accounts recievable: 30 day billings/invoices, AIA billings. We push about $40M in contracted sales volume per year, spread between an average of 55 projects ranging in size from $3K to $13M.
*Financial Managment: Project budget entry and job cost reporting using Timberline
softare, Updateing information on ProCore (a web-base project managment system)
* Payroll weekly payroll for 45-80 employees (varies seasonally): Certified Payroll per government requirements, and multiple union trade agreements in multiple union trade locals.
*Collecting/Managing Sworn Statements and Warranty certificates from subcontractors.
This work would be ongoing and likely full-time, maybe for multiple individuals.
We are interested in recieving both hourly and per annum quotes.
