Will you add the address to an excel sheet and then import, or add directly to the Post Office database ? Please do what ever you think is best.
Can you keep company name in English for Post Office (its more easy for me)
Can you add Contact person, human resource (Japanese JinJi TanShou) which I have added into the spreadsheet. The reason is some company is very big, so i need to make sure it gets sent to right area.
If some company is difficult to find, you can take them off the list. (its fine) Just tell me which ones you take off.
