We are on online business, operating in Singapore. As we are growing, we are now looking for a part-time assistant to cover the following tasks:
- accounting & invoicing
- database management through salesforce
- sales support (research & prepare)
- prepare online content, research events & local businesses
- resize and upload images
You should be able to work 15-20 hours / week, completely independent with your own home-office. We need you to be experienced in accounting and invoicing, know about systems and provide us with the best solution. We also need you to support sales by researching new clients, prepare information about them and arrange meetings. You will manage the calendar of the sales team and support the content team by researching relevant events in Singapore and prepare a short-write up.
