Job Description: Admin Virtual Assistant
• Log into email account two times per week and check for new receipts, invoices and statements in inbox. Frequency shall increase as the amount of transactions in inbox increase.
• File statements or transactions in files shared in dropbox.
• Mark excel statement checklist to notify bookkeeper that saved statements are available and waiting to be reconciled in Quickbooks. Checklist also shared in dropbox.
• Log in remotely to Quick books via log me in or go to my PC. Note: to test performance a backup or accountants copy will be supplied for the first four sessions.
• Record transaction data under appropriate vendor and account in Quickbooks.
• Delete all old emails after invoices are saved and entered in QuickBooks.
• If all goes well and as business progresses create invoices to customers.
