I am looking for a virtual assistant to work 1-10 hours each week on a permanent basis (long term) to do the following activities:
- Receive, open, scan, categorise & label all of my paper mails to be uploaded onto my webserver so I can get access to the mails at anytime in the future. I need the letters to be properly labelled so I can easily understand the content of the letters without having to open the letters.
- Microsoft Excel data entry of income & expenses. Basic understanding of accounting would be helpful but not essential.
- Convert my hand written documents or audio recordings into type documents.
- Editing and typing documents
- Access my gmail account to schedule & plan my daily/weekly appointments.
- The jobs could grow into more tasks & more hours including searching for information on the Internet, scheduling appointments, answering & making phone calls. All of the work will be done online with a handful of domestic/international phone calls every now and then.
