We are seeking a virtual assistant for our commercial real estate appraisal business to complete call center functions, web based research, data entry, quality control and project management functions. This position would primarily involve customer service functions such as providing clients and prospective clients with information, contacting different sources by phone to gather information, completing specific web based research tasks, inputting information into a spreadsheet and/or database, and managing the workflow of each assignment. Most work is completed with applications in MS Office, Windows and SharePoint. Other applications include Snagit ($40 after free trial) and Adobe Reader (free). We have a preference for somebody with experience in reception, telemarketing or other phone related customer service and sales. ho
