The assistant will work under the supervision of the Managing Director part-time.
Administrative Assistant oversees general office coordination, maintains office calendar, coordinates editorial calendar, and Google calendar. Must be able to assist and add input and suggestions. We are looking for a self starter who is able to bring their skills to the team.
Other task include:
*Monitor and assist with maintenance of the organization's website.
*Interact with writers, and clients.
*Faxing and emailing.
*Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
*Coordinate and maintain records for staff.
*Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters , spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other programs.
*May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and
presentation to the Managing Director and Communication Manager.
*Must have a background in business!
