Shopping Stand, Inc. - an online retailer specializing in personalized gifts - is looking for a freelance admin assistant to handle the following activities. Several of the activities would need to be done on a daily basis.
- Daily purchase order billing (AP)
- Daily deposits (in accounting system)
- respond to vendor billing questions
- review daily order processing logs (making sure our vendors are shipping on time)
- Tracking number entry
- Loading items (images, descriptions) in our e-commerce system
- Image enhancing/resizing in photopshop
- Analyzing e-commerce data (excel / google analytics)
Our offices are located in Santa Rosa, CA. Duties can primarily be done remotely, however occasional office visits would be required (filing, training).
