Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented, internet savvy administrative assistant to carryout routine tasks associated with listing management, marketing, and new business development.
Deliverables: Project work will be completed Monday through Friday of each week. Work hours will range from 2 to 5 hours per week initially, eventually expanding to 10 hours per week. Project deliverables include, but are not limited to:
1. Sending & Organizing Client Faxes
2. Posting of Pre-written Blogs & Distributing E-Newsletter
3. Contacting Showing Agents for Feedback
4. File Maintenance
5. Preparation of Listing, Sales, & Rental Contracts
6. Conducting Preliminary Listing Research
7. Communicating with Title Companies
8. Assembling Prospective Buyer Materials
9. Maintaining Client Lists
10. Client Customer Service
