Role & Responsibilities : A team player and serve as a liaison with the Sales Team & Service Dept. in the resolution of day-to-day Administrative activities.
Provide administrative/Secretarial support for the Branch/division such as answering telephones, fixing up of all External & Internal meetings, Receiving Guests, Visitors and making Travel & Hotel bookings, resolving and referring a range of administrative problems inside the Office and for operational staff's, accommodation consumables, repair & maint. and inquires.
Independent correspondence including follows up.
Over all control of all the Incoming /Outgoing Documents.
Preparing & sending Transmittals or Letters & Fax Messages to the clients.
Distribution of Outgoing & Incoming correspondence properly.
Registering all the incoming & out going docs. for controlling their tractability.
