Assist a very busy Real Estate office in MD. with the handling of approximately 60 properties on a on going basis.
The tasks to perform on the contract offers of properties are:
1. Check when is the inspection date is over according to contract
2. Check when financing contingency Expire
3. Let me know the contract that are past these dates and I see which ones require extensions
4. Reply to agent that contracts have been received by email, IMMEDIATELY
5. Upload contracts to various websites
6.After that make weekly contact with the Lender and Title company for updates on closing by email.
7. Submit REO expenses for reimbursement to various clients within 24 hours of receipt.
Starting pay is $10 - $15 per hr., depend upon your experience with working with REO properties. Plus $10 per week for local phone number allowance.
Will be paid every Sat with a breakdown invoice submitted of all tasks completed throughout the day with date, time, property...
