Bascally, I need all the documents, which the user needs to agree to after shopping at my website. The concept is the following:
I have an onlineshop and I sell customized websites to my clients. They need to pay a one time fee for creating the websites. (they can also add more features or more pages to the website, for a fee). After that I design the website. When the website is finished, the client needs to pay a monthly or yearly hosting fee. When they stop paying the fee, I shut down the website. When they start paying again, i'll put it up again.
Also They can make another yearly or monthly subscription, so they have access to the update panel, and can update the website by themselves. If they don't do that, they need to order an update package, and then, a webdesigner will do the update job.
I think the above is a mix between a "software as a service agreement" and a "Web hosting and maintenance agreement." maybe also some parts of a "Web design and development agreement"
