We are in the early stages of defining an analytics platform that specialises in social interactions across social media platforms and individual sites. It is our desire to grab filtered streams from various social media sources/APIs and analyse them for the benefit of customers. We are particularly interested in:
influence (klout score, no of followers, no of likes/video watches) PeerIndex?
ability to track 'content' (short links to videos/blogs)
ability to track 'customer journey' (Tagman promises to do something
like this?. tag content and track to see where it goes/how it
influences/ how it impacts on sales conversions. We need the ability to
extrapolate from this to 'predict' propensity (to do something?
share/buy) and loyalty (i.e. return, advocate)
language (most SMM tools track 17-20 languages)
sentiment/salience (Datasift uses Lexalytics to rate sentiment on a range of -20 t0 +20. scan/analyse conversations streams to guage rants/raves)
