I need the help of a full-time secretary and personal assistant. By "full-time", I mean 8-hour availability every day, except Friday.
* Fluent in English
* Should have excellent English writing and communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation (Please attach a sample of English emails you've written or any other suitable samples)
* Native Arabic speaker
* Astute internet research skills
* Strong computer and technical background
* Intermediate knowledge on how to use spreadsheet and word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office)
Job duties include performing the following tasks:
* Making phone calls to businesses located in Saudi Arabia (in Arabic)
* Transcribing faxed documents
* Performing extensive internet research
* Making job posts and shortlist CVs for given requirements
