Create an Arduino-based prototype of a circuit board that can translate switch/pedal movements into MIDI Control Commands output over USB. The board should be 18" x 9", have one USB port, have slots to mount up to 32 Sanwa OBSF-24 Arcade buttons, and have a breakout cable that terminates in four female Ľ" connectors, allowing four external expression pedals to be connected as well. When a switch connected to the board is activated, or an expression pedal connected to the breakout cable is moved, the board sends a MIDI Control Command via USB. The CC is determined by the switch's position in the grid (left to right, bottom to top), or the number of the jack the expression pedal is plugged into. The board should have 8 dip switches to configure:
a) Whether the switches send MIDI Notes, CCs, or both (two switches)
b) MIDI Channel 1-16 (four switches)
c) Note#/CC# of the bottom-left switch in the grid (two switches)
