Comment on knowledgebase articles.
Rate ticket response/knowledgebase article.
Initiate a live chat function with a member of staff for support for a specific department.
Login/logout/update own profile.
Respond to tickets for which they are assigned the department role.
Respond to tickets which are assigned to them.
View a dashboard which shows stats on how they are performing.
