We're looking for a virtual admin assistant to provide support to our CEO.
You will be responsible for managing his calendar, reminding him of his appointments and making calls to set appointments with clients and executives of Fortune 100 companies. We're looking for someone who has administrative experience, is well organised and has excellent English. You must also have experience in working with gmail and google calendar.
Please be articulate, quick on your feet and ready to dive in. You will also be working with Salesforce and Basecamp - experience of these tools is not required but preferred.
You will be on skype most of the time.
The hours or work will be from 12:00-5:00pm PST - you must be available during that time entirely.
