First point of contact for all incoming calls (other than landlords) for our rental management business ( [obscured] ).
Answer the phone and speak tenants, contractors etc and either handle the call or forward it to one of our team. Load advertisements, update websites and Facebook, arrange maintenance etc. An interesting role which changes every day.
We are looking for a motivated and friendly staff member willing to learn.

- respond to prospective tenants requests via phone, text and email
- book property viewings for our property manager
- book property inspections and send out inspection notifications to tenants
- process tenancy applications, call previous landlords, current employers, carry out credit checks
We are looking for someone who can speak & write excellent english. They should we quick to learn and flexible enough to try new things....
