After 5 years of buying Hosted VOIP PBX service, we're switching to Asterisk and need an administrator/consultant to help us fast. If you are already an expert on Asterisk please bid on this job. We are a small lodging management company but getting bigger. Currently we have just a dozen users, 25 DID's and 12 Toll free lines. We use many auto-attendants to route calls to the correct person, but our overall usage is just 10,000 minutes per month. We use concurrent calling, and Dynamic Caller ID. Over time we'll add more users and more DID's but volume won't grow greatly. To accommodate this we are switching to a hosted server, running asterisk with a few additional modules, and we'll start with just 6 to 8 trunk lines. The Server is running FreePBX extensions. The entire system is still offsite, so the administrator could be located anywhere. Once configured there will be just a hour or two here or there to add capacity, or make changes. (Some of this our in-house staff can do) The first job will be to migrate from our current Hosted VOIP provider to the Hosted Server. The software is already installed and we know how we want it to function - essentially to replicate what we already have on the Hosted VOIP. Our deadline is to get the entire new setup running by October 20th latest, then order porting of the phone numbers to the new Trunk provider. We want to be offline with the old services by October 24th. We will be available Mon-Fri to coordinate and often on weekends and nights - 10am-11pm Pacfic Time USA So if you are an expert and can start within a few days, please bid on this project. (1) Please bid your hourly rate (2) Estimate the hours you think may be necessary for the conversion.
