Looking for someone who can develop the code of a frequency counter that raises a flag if the input frequency is between 24.5 MHz and 27.995 MHz. The code must measure the frequency as fast as possible to achieve a 5 khz accuracy. Have an existing curcuit that is slow and not very accurate. Atmel is a must so that we can test the code easier remotely.

It is important to note that the frequency counter will be inside of a high-power RF amplifier (2500 watts). The frequency measuring process should start when a signal is sent to the amplifier that the transmitter is transmitting. The measuring process must start and be completed as soon as possible.
