I need an litigator or someone that can help sue former employees who violated their agreement and solicited clients and misappropriated trade secretes.
We have been down this path before and have successfully settled each case.
I figured I would try this approach to see if we get better results.
We are looking to do this on contingency. We will clearly pay every cost associated, but the attorney should get a piece of whatever we recover.
If the attorney does not have a bar in California, thats OK as we can do pro per or pro tem. But must be very well versed in this part of the law.
The case will be worth between $50k to $300k
