I am looking for someone who is able to design an audio processor that can store sounds, but are able to play them once triggered according to the velocity of the strike on the sensor. There will be a neighborhood total of about 20 different sound groups, with 5 different sounds per group that are all stored on either an internal hard drive unit, or external SD card. Also, preferred but not necessary, I would like to be able to connect this unit via USB to any computer to have the ability to download more sounds on to the unit.
The unit must also have a circuit board of some sort that will allow the user to switch between different sound groups using different buttons, or a jog wheel of some kind. The selection interface can either be on a small, easy to read LCD display, or have a video out to connect to an external monitor. Either of this options will work, depending on what is most cost effective.
The circuits for this board must be of a somewhat high quality as this...
