I have one client that sends me purchase orders in PDF live format and they always have the same layout (they are generated from SAP Crystal Reports).
1) In the first lines of the PDF are stated the PO number and the job number - I need to pull out that data from the PDF and add them to my invoice template in Excel.
2) The invoice to be filled must also take a progressive numbering from another Excel file that contains the list of the issued invoices (this file is on my DropBox account)
3) The solution must work on MacOs, as well as Windows; must be compatible with Microsoft Office since the invoice to be filled is in Excel format.
I need a cost-effective solution that will make me save time and replace the copy-paste I have been doing for ages.
Ability to handle multiple PDF and generate the relevant invoices in bulk is a plus.
