I run a marketing website for residential real estate. People looking to buy homes in our area come to our website and request showings or they phone in thru our lead generation.
I'm looking for someone to handle all phone calls and emails. You can answer phone calls and emails on Monday and Fridays book appointments for showings Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday thru Google Calendar. Any questions that the end-user may have can be asked via email to us and then responded by you.
On average we'll get about 25 to 50 leads per week that will need to be responded to. The tasks are simple and the job is not demanding. Answer our potential customers and book the appointment for which home they want to view. Additional details and questions can be answered later.
