We are looking to build a BlackBerry application, that can be deployed via our BES, and will allow for our BlackBerry users to make call gateway request for establishing call bridges.
This should work via our Microsoft Lync 2010 deployment, and use the MS Lync APIs for the call handling. As a alternate, Citrix EasyCall APIs can be used as well, as we also have EasyCall.
The UI should incorporate the following fields:
1. "Call to": This is the number the user wants to call to
2. "Call back: This is the number that the user wants to system to call them back on
3. Some form of authentication (could be via BES using MDS)
Once the above fields are populated, a data packet should go from the BB to the APIs. This should cause our sytem to call the "Call back" number. Once the user answers the phone, the system should ring the "call to" number and then establish/bridge the call.
