I am looking for someone based in Australia to set up MYOB online for me and to act as my bookkeeper on an ongoing basis (quarterly BAS returns). I am a consultant and run a fairly simple business - my income is from consultancy and sales from my book. I currently use excel spreadsheets
This will involve:
1. Setting up the MYOB with all required details (note I already have an MYOB chart of accounts, although this may require some updates). Opening balances will need to be entered.
2. I will require some information / training on how to access the system so I can check the data - although I would prefer to be as hands off as possible.
3. On a quarterly basis I will require the data entry for my bas return to be completed. This involves:
- Entering details of my income (from bank account data and excel spreadsheet from paypal for book sales)
- Reconciling bank account data (from spreadsheet)
- Entering credit card purchases (from spreadsheet) and coding these against the correct...
