We are a small but growing IT media company which is in need of a bookkeeper to assist us with keeping track of and organising our receipts and invoices in Quicken. We currently use email and excel to track our receipts and invoices and are now moving to formalise our accounts by using accounting software (Quicken 2012).
1. First task we need to take care is to import the transactions that we have been tracking within the excel spreadsheet into Quicken. These have been categorised into the relevant sections to make things easier. Candidate will need to understand Australian tax standards. i.e correctly identify the level of tax paid as a part of the transaction when required.
2. Secondly we have a number of email receipts and invoices that we would like to send across via email to the selected candidate to enter into the Quicken file.
