Will also handle general administrative duties such as word processing, data entry and other basic office and admin. duties. No relocation assistance is offered for this position. This is a full-time telecommuting position. Previous Exp. & Requirements: Data entry, word processing, organizing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation; General Ledger and adjusting entries; Two years experience; Education Level: High School or equivalent; Must be proficient in all applications of Quickbooks (i.e. - Accounts payable, payroll, and financial statement preparation). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Strong computer and internet skills; Detail oriented; Able to work unsupervised; Able to work from remote location (telecommute);
