Our Firefox addon was rejected by Mozilla, we need someone to take a look and correct the issues
1) Your add-on creates DOM nodes from HTML strings containing unsanitized data, by assigning to innerHTML or through similar means. Aside from being inefficient, this is a major security risk.
2) Inserting insecure (HTTP) content into secure (HTTPS) pages opens serious security vulnerabilities, making secure pages appear as insecure and putting users at risk. All inserted content must be obtained locally, or using HTTPS URLs.
Other than this, at least the following would have prevented a full review:
3) Your add-on essentially performs user-tracking on all sites the user visits. This is a privacy issue. You add-on listing needs to include a privacy notice.
4) Replacing the newtab page is an unexpected feature for a coupon add-on and therefore violates our NoSurprises policy. It must be strictly opt-in.
