Busy Canadian Staffing Company is looking for a Business Development Specialist, to help find new business and generate leads. This is a part-time opportunity that will grow into full-time based on results. We offer a base hourly rate, plus 10% commission (residual) on filled business.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year B2B Sales, Cold Calling Experience within the Staffing/Recruiting or related industry
Track Record of successful cold calling, selling and overcoming objections
Strong grasp of English, reading, writing, speaking
Confident, self-motivated, professional, punctual
Must have access to a reliable internet connection
Comfortable using MS office applications
Strong People and negotiation skills
Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
2 days a week, 8 hours per day (to start)
Developing a Prospect and Lead list from local job boards, company websites, newspaper ads, etcc (territories defined)
