The objective is to assist and support business growth by taking calls for a busy real estate company DAILY for our listings. EXCELLENT phone etiquette is a REQUIREMENT. You must be friendly and personable on the phone while maintaining an organized and systemized approach to taking calls, booking appointments and entering information into homefeedback. Accuracy of data entry and proven ability to handle clients and business associates with EXCELLENCE is MANDATORY for this role. Periodically you may need to look up information to enter it completely into the database. YOU MUST HAVE PROVEN TRACK RECORD of transcribing and communicating information correctly. Customer Service, telephone etiquette and follow-up will be measured in this role and will be rewarded according to regular feedback requests from clients and associates.
